When issuing a voucher, caseworkers can select either:

  • a retailer group (e.g. Supermarkets, Clothing)

  • or a single retailer (e.g. Tesco, Uber)


This guide outlines which retailers are currently included in those groups. 


Why are there different grocery and food voucher groups?


We offer a variety of grocery and food voucher groups to suit different needs. Some include delivery options for added convenience, while others are restricted to exclude items like alcohol or gambling-related products. These groupings help ensure you can choose the most appropriate support for each applicant’s circumstances.
