How does it work?

  1. Login to Lightning Reach and create a profile. Tell us about your situation, circumstances and work history.

  2. View your personalised list of Support Matches. These are personalised schemes we think you are eligible for

  3. Follow the instructions on the screen to apply for support. Some organisations let you apply directly through Lightning Reach, while others take you to their website to complete the application.


A few organisations might need a referral from a support worker or someone helping you. If you don't currently have anyone helping you with this, your local Citizens Advice or Age UK branch should be able to help.
