How long is my voucher valid for?
You have 11 months from the date of issue to click the link and redeem your voucher. If it is not redeemed within this time, the link will expire.
Once you have redeemed the voucher and selected a retailer, the expiry date for spending the funds is determined by that specific retailer. You can find more information on retailer expiry rules here.
Can I spend the voucher in more than one transaction?
Depending on each retailer's rules, you can usually spend your voucher across multiple transactions until the funds run out.
