This guide provides an overview of the reporting feature available in Lightning Reach.
What is reporting?
Reporting is a premium feature in Lightning Reach that provides valuable data and insights. It allows you to view, analyse, and download detailed reports, helping you track how users connected to your organisation engage with the portal and monitor the performance of your support schemes or referral activities.
If you’re interested in adding this feature, please reach out to us at hello@lightningreach.org.
How to access reporting?
To access your dashboard:
1. Log in to the Lightning Reach Admin Portal: https://admin.lightningreach.org/login.
2. Navigate to the Reports section on the left-hand menu.
3. Your dashboard will then load.

Important notes:
- Your organisation will have its own dashboard, accessible through the reporting area within the admin view of the application manager. This feature is not enabled for all organisations. If you are interested in enabling it, please contact us at hello@lightningreach.org.
- To access the reporting feature, users must have the reporting role assigned. Without this role, the reporting feature will not be visible or accessible.
- Learn about roles: For details on roles and how to assign them, visit our roles overview article.
