Lightning and Turn2us don't have access to your bank or Turn2us passwords.
How long is my information stored for?
Turn2us stores your financial information for one year for audit purposes.
When Lightning connects to an applicant’s account, three months of financial information can be viewed by Turn2us Grants staff.
Lightning also has a connection to your bank account for 90 days after you grant access, though this can be revoked at any time. The company keeps this ongoing data secure and does not share it with anyone. See ‘How do I revoke your access to view my information?’ for details on how to revoke Lightning’s access.
