Why we ask for this information


The support available through Lightning Reach comes from a range of organisations – each with their own specific eligibility criteria.


By completing your profile in full, you give us the best chance to match you with support that fits your individual needs.

– If some details are missing, you could be overlooked for opportunities that would otherwise be a good fit


For example, if you leave out information about your employment history, we may not be able to match you with industry-specific grants that could be available to you.
