Login to Lightning Reach and create a profile. Tell us about your situation, circumstances and work history.
View your personalised list of Support Matches. These are personalised schemes we think you are eligible for.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to apply for support. Some organisations let you apply directly through Lightning Reach, while others take you to their website to complete the application.
A few organisations might need a referral from a support worker or someone helping you. If you don't currently have anyone helping you with this, your local Citizens Advice or Age UK branch should be able to help.
