What is a login link and how does it work?
When you log in to Lightning Reach, you’ll receive a one-time login link by email.
It’s an easy way to keep your account – and the personal information stored in it – safe and secure.
Each time you login, we’ll send an email from security@lightningreach.org. Click the link in that email to confirm it’s really you and you’ll be logged in.
What to do if you don’t receive your login link
Check all of your email folders, including junk or promotions.
Wait a few minutes – sometimes it takes a little while to arrive.
Try searching your inbox for security@lightningreach.org.
Make sure your email address was entered correctly when signing in.
If it still hasn’t come through, you can request a new login link from the login page.
If your login link expires
For your security, login links expire after 6 hours.
If yours has expired, just click the old link and re-enter your email address, or head back to the login page to request a fresh one.
