What is a login link and how does it work?

When you log in to Lightning Reach, you’ll receive a one-time login link by email.
It’s an easy way to keep your account – and the personal information stored in it – safe and secure.


Each time you login, we’ll send an email from security@lightningreach.org. Click the link in that email to confirm it’s really you and you’ll be logged in.


What to do if you don’t receive your login link

  • Check all of your email folders, including junk or promotions.

  • Wait a few minutes – sometimes it takes a little while to arrive.

  • Try searching your inbox for security@lightningreach.org.

  • Make sure your email address was entered correctly when signing in.

  • If it still hasn’t come through, you can request a new login link from the login page.


If your login link expires

For your security, login links expire after 6 hours.
If yours has expired, just click the old link and re-enter your email address, or head back to the login page to request a fresh one.
