What is a magic link?

This is a security feature we use instead of a password. Each time you try to login to the Lightning you will be sent an email from security@lightningreach.org. Clicking on this link enables us to verify you are the right person and will automatically log you into the Lightning platform

What to do if you don't receive your magic link?

• Make sure you check all of your folders (including junk). Some email servers filter our emails into the promotions or junk folder.
• Double check that you entered your email address correctly. 
• Try requesting another magic link here.
• Contact us by opening a new support ticket and our team will help resolve this for you.

If your magic link expires

For security reasons, links expire after 6 hours. If your link has expired, you can request a new one by clicking on your expired link and entering your email address again, or click here.
