E.ON Next has partnered with Lightning Reach to help customers find extra financial support.


Many households are eligible for support to help manage rising costs, and Lightning Reach makes it quick and easy to see what help you could get – from energy bill support to grants for essentials like food, furniture, school costs, and more.


First, complete your profile to see if any of our partner organisations are able to support you based on your current circumstances. You can sign up and create a profile 
by clicking here.


Once you’ve signed up and completed your profile, you’ll then be matched to support based on your circumstances within the Support match area.


E.ON customer Micha received £1,400 in support for her bills, food, and household essentials:

“Getting help with my bills freed up an extra £150 each month, which I can now put towards food and other essentials – it’s tremendous! This support is available to those who are eligible and can make a real difference.”


Please note that some of the organisations require a referral from a support worker or a non-profit organisation. If you don't currently have anyone helping you with this, your local Citizens Advice or Age UK branch should be able to help.
