Once you’ve submitted your application for OVO Bill Support, it will be reviewed by OVO. They’ll carry out checks to confirm that you’re eligible for the payment.


If your application is successful, the payment will be added to your OVO energy account within 28 days of applying.

You don’t need to contact OVO or Lightning Reach to check the status during this time – you’ll see the credit appear on your OVO account automatically once it’s been processed.
