Lightning Reach is a secure portal that OVO uses to connect customers with extra support. After completing OVO’s Extra Support application, OVO may create a referral for you through to Lightning Reach. This helps OVO process your request and connect you with the support you've chosen to receive.
For some, this might be physical items like a heated blanket or energy-efficient applicances.
For others, it could be advisory support, such as debt and benefits advice.
Lightning Reach facilitates the applications and help process referrals for OVO. Your information will not be shared with any other organisations, except for those who are directly responsible for providing the support you have opted in to.
