This guide will help you access the admin portal area of Application manager, whether it's your first time or if you've logged in before.

What is it?


The admin portal, known as Application manager provides admins with tools to manage users within your organisation effectively. Within the portal, you can invite new team members, manage roles, and organise teams. You will also have access to other features such as managing your grants via self-service.



First time login


1. You'll receive an email invitation from [email protected] with a link to set up your account. The email will look similar to the below:  




If you don't have an email inviting you to join the platform, please contact the Lightning Reach lead at your organisation, or email [email protected] 


The link will expire after a certain period. If this happens, you can click "Forgot your password?" to receive an email and complete the login process. You can request this at https://admin.lightningreach.org/


2. Click on the link in the email. This will take you to a screen where you can create your password.



3. Once you've set your password, you'll see the login screen. Enter your email and password, and click 'Login'. This will take you directly to the admin portal.



Future logins


For all logins after your initial setup, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the login page: https://admin.lightningreach.org/login


2. Enter your email and password. (If you've forgotten your password, you can use the "Forgot your password?" function on this screen.)


3. If this is your first time logging in via the website using this method, you'll be asked to set up our multi-factor authentication for added security. You can do this by entering your mobile number. 


Important Note: Since the portal stores personal information, it’s essential to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on your account to help protect data securely.
