For the Energy Advice Scheme, the SHINE team will request specific pieces of evidence from you when they contact you on the phone or via email.
Islington Debt Relief Fund
For the Debt Relief Fund, you will need to upload the following evidence via the Lightning Reach Portal:
A picture of your gas and/or electric meter
Evidence of your energy debt (e.g. an energy bill)
