Who can apply for Park Homes Warm Home Discount?
The Park Homes Warm Home Discount (WHD) scheme is open to permanent Park Home residents living in England, Scotland and Wales who pay, or are exempt from paying, council tax on their Park Home and pay their site owner for their domestic electricity usage.
Electricity usage for business is not eligible for the Scheme.
Can I make an application on paper?
There are no paper applications for the scheme.

How much does it cost to apply?
It does not cost anything to apply.
It is an application process and if you are successful, you will receive a BACS payment direct to your bank account. This is to the value of £150 towards electricity costs.
Will I be notified of the outcome of my application (Declaration form)?
Yes, you will be notified in writing (by email). This is usually within 4- 6 weeks of applying.
Will my personal information be shared with other companies?
Yes, this year Lightning Reach are hosting the application form on behalf of Charis. As part of the application process additional questions will be asked.
The answers to the additional questions are then used to match the applicant to any other funds/schemes that they may be eligible to apply for.
