Whether you have any illness or disability
Employment status and history
Reason for needing support and type of support needed
Details of benefits claimed and/or received
Financial basic information including total monthly income, savings and debts
Any other grants you have applied for
And the following optional information:
Gender
Religion
Ethnic group
Sexual orientation
Your circumstances
The Royal British Legion ask for some additional information about your circumstances. These are free text answers and are intended to help TRBL assess how they can best support you:

You will be asked to upload the following documents:
A copy of ID / Proof of address
A copy of some form of verification of service
Evidence to support any other need that you are applying for
