The process
Once you have submitted your application, ABTA LifeLine will come back to you with any further questions. After this, your case will be considered by the Trustees, who will make a decision on eligibility and the type of support that may be awarded.
ABTA LifeLine will aim to assess your application as quickly as possible. Please note that each application is reviewed individually, and processing times may vary depending on the volume of applications received.
Submitting an application does not guarantee that support will be awarded. Each application is assessed individually, taking into account eligibility and your specific circumstances, to determine what support may be available.
